Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 4–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions at our sole discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking details, where applicable.
Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery information are accurate when placing your order.
Final Stop shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to respond to courier communications, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping such orders.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

- Government restrictions

- Remote delivery locations
Final Stop is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@yourfinalstop.com.
We strongly recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video while opening your package, as it helps us verify claims and provide a faster resolution.
International Shipping
Currently, Final Stop ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
